Shenga Unde / Peanut Laddu

Ingredients:
Shenga/peanuts: 2 cups
Powdered jaggery: 1 cup


Method:

  • Dry roast the peanuts untill you get the fried aroma. Allow them to cool down.
  • Remove the husk n grind them, either coarsely or smooth powred.
  • Mix it with the powderd jaggery.Jaggery can be powderd with the help of the Rolling pin/belan/lathanke,mortar, pestle or can grate it n then it would be easy to mix with the peanut powder.
  • Once the both ingredients are mixed throughly, start making medium sized balls out of it.
