Maddur Vade

Ingredients:
Fine soji/Semolina: 1 cup
Rice flour: 2 tbs
Maida/All purpose flour: 2 tbs
2 Onions: Finely chopped
Green chillies: 8-10 finely chopped
Curry leaves: 1 string
Salt as required
Coriander: hand full, finely chopped
Curd: 1 cup
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Dry roast the soji/semolina n let it to cool.
Take a mixing bowl n mix all the above ingredients with curd. The mixture should be just like that of the chapati dough. Do not add water, but instead you can add it with only curd.
Take a lemon sized ball from the mixture n pat it to a circle shape with medium thickness. You can do this using your palms or on a plastic sheet/ aluminium sheet by greasing the surface with oil. Follow the same method with remaining mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan n deep fry them until they turn into nice golden color n crisp.

Serve them hot with tea or coffee in the evening.
